This is a very “short” version of the Likeke Hike but instead of starting at the Old Pali Road, you start in the parking lot of Ko’olau Golf Course and hike up the back side.

Highlights: Short hike through lush growth leading to a pretty waterfall.  Excellent hike for kids.  Muddy and some roots to deal with.  Can cross the small stream at the waterfall if you want to.

Starting point begins across the street from the Makapu’u Lighthouse lookout (off Hwy. 72).
